- Maximum of 10 years – subject to capacity of buyer5. If my application for housing loan through a Bank or Pag-IBIG Fund was not approved, is it possible to avail in-house financing?
- Yes. There will be re-documentation fees and issuance of complete PDC (Post-Dated Checks) on the balance.6. If my marital status is complicated, can I still purchase a property from Dolmar?
- Yes. However, we can only offer our In-house Financing scheme. If the buyer can provide legal documents (e.g. court order of nullity of marriage), we can endorse to a bank or the HDMF.7. Can I make an extension (e.g. renovations) to the unit I purchased?
