GROWING NORTHGROVE HILLS: Planting Roots For A Greener Future

In every thriving neighborhood, the roots of a strong community run deep, nurtured by those who plant the seeds of change. At Dolmar Land, we believe that the strength of a community lies in the hands of those who nurture it.

NGH Tree Planting

We proudly hosted Growing Northgrove Hills, a tree planting activity that brought together pioneer homeowners, representatives from the Sta. Maria, Bulacan local government, and our dedicated team. During the event, attendees planted Balitbitan saplings—a native Philippine tree celebrated for its beauty and ecological significance.

We were honored to have professional volleyball player Bryan Bagunas join us. As a partner of the Philippine Climate Change Commission and a passionate environmental advocate, his presence underscored the importance of our collective commitment to a greener future.

Each participant had the opportunity to place a name card by the tree they planted, establishing a personal connection to the land. These trees will serve as lasting reminders of their role in cultivating a vibrant community.

These saplings, now rooted in a 1.4-hectare tree park within Northgrove Hills, stand as living symbols of our community’s growth. As they flourish, they will remind us of the bonds we continue to strengthen, and the shared future we are building.

This event reflects our enduring philosophy: “Sa Presyo at Serbisyo, lamang ka sa Dolmar Land.” For over 50 years, we have dedicated ourselves to creating communities where residents can truly grow and thrive. Northgrove Hills is not just a place to live; it’s a place where life takes root, where families grow, and where generations will continue to flourish.
