1. Can I purchase a property with several co-owners?

- Yes, but requirements shall be the same as the principal buyer.

2. Can I include other co-owners/co-borrowers after I have already contracted a property?

- Yes, this will be subject to evaluation and payment of applicable charges.

3. What are the financing schemes available at Dolmar Land?

- We offer financing schemes via Bank, Pag-IBIG, or Deferred Cash.

4. If my application for a housing loan through a Bank or Pag-IBIG Fund was not approved, what other options are available to us?

- You may get in touch with your assigned account officer where we will evaluate and find an option that would suit you.

5. If my marital status is complicated, can I still purchase a property from Dolmar Land?

- Yes. However, we can only offer our deferred cash payment option. But, if the buyer can provide legal documents (e.g. court order of nullity of marriage), we can endorse it to the bank or the HDMF (Pag-IBIG Fund).

6. Can I make an extension (e.g. renovations) to the unit I purchased?

- Yes. You will be required to submit a request, with the plan, for evaluation of Dolmar Land’s Engineering and Technical Services Department. Please get in touch with your assigned account officer for evaluations.

7. When will the house title be transferred to my name?

- Within 1 year from receipt of full payment (total price including miscellaneous fees), and the signing of the Deed of Absolute Sale.

8. When can I occupy the unit?

- Within 2 months from the completion of house construction, installation/connection of Meralco & water service, and fulfillment of the following requirements:

1. For Bank/HDMF - loan approval & take-out
2. For Deferred Cash – complete post-dated checks

9. When should I start paying for my corresponding property tax?

-The following year after issuance of Permit to Occupy or full payment of the property, or Constructive Acceptance, whichever comes first.

10. Can I transfer my rights to a third party?

- Yes, this will be subject to an evaluation of documents and payment of transfer charges.
